Thank you for choosing Volu™ pet water fountains. We are committed to providing you and your beloved pets with high-quality products and services.

Refund Period

• If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.

• Returned products must be in an unused, undamaged condition and retain their original packaging.

Refund Conditions
Products are eligible for a refund only if they meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and remains in its original condition.

• All accessories, filter cartridges, and instruction manuals are included and complete.

• The original packaging is intact and free of any visible damage.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Items

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product has been used or installed.

• The 30-day refund period has expired.

• Product issues resulting from human error or improper use.

• Free gifts or promotional items (unless a quality defect is present).

Refund Process
1. Contact our customer support team and provide your order number along with the reason for the refund request.

2. Once you have received the return shipping address, please carefully package the item and ship it back to us.

3. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

4. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees paid for the order are non-refundable (except in cases where the return is due to a quality issue).

Quality Guarantee

• All products come with a 12-month quality guarantee period.

• In the event of a quality issue, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
