Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Volu™. We want you and your pets to feel confident with every purchase.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible, the product must be returned in reasonable condition with all included accessories and components. As pet products are hygiene-sensitive, please clean and properly package the item before returning it.

Return Conditions

A return may be accepted when all of the following apply:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product and all included components are returned
  • The product has not been damaged through misuse, modification, or improper handling
  • The original order number or proof of purchase is provided

Minor signs of normal handling or inspection will not automatically disqualify a return.

Products damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or improper cleaning may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted when:

  • The 30-day return window has expired
  • The product has been significantly damaged through misuse or improper handling
  • Accessories or components are missing
  • The product has been modified or altered without authorization

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@maomaopets.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  3. Carefully package the product and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

✅ Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping fees and import duties paid on the original order are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

12-Month Quality Guarantee

All Volu™ products are covered by a 12-month limited quality guarantee.

If a confirmed manufacturing or quality issue arises during the guarantee period, contact us with your order number and issue details. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • Another appropriate remedy

Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

Hygiene Notice

For health reasons, please clean and dry the product thoroughly before returning it. Products returned in an unsanitary condition may require additional review before processing.
