30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a standard return, the item should be:

• Unused
• In its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Returned with all included accessories

Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may provide:

• A replacement
• A replacement part
• A refund
• Another appropriate solution

For defective or damaged products, we will work with you regarding return shipping when a return is required.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you are returning an unused product for reasons other than a defect or shipping damage, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Do not send a return to any address without first receiving return instructions from Volu™.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

A standard return may not be accepted if:

• The 30-day return period has expired
• The product has been significantly used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• Required accessories or components are missing
• The product was damaged due to improper use or care

Defective products are handled separately under our quality guarantee.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at support@maomaopets.com and include the following:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos when relevant
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Original Shipping & Import Charges

For eligible orders where shipping and applicable import duties are included in the product price, these amounts may be treated as part of the purchase price and may not be separately refundable.

If the return is caused by a confirmed product defect or fulfillment error, we will review the applicable shipping-related costs with you.

12-Month Quality Guarantee

Volu™ products are backed by a 12-month quality guarantee against qualifying product defects. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product care instructions.
